- Membership renewals will not be confirmed until both the form is received and the Treasurer has confirmed to the Membership Secretary that payment has been received.
- To be eligible to vote at an AGM (D ‐ S Grade), your form and payment must be received on or before 31st December of the previous year.
- If you are joining the EPRA for the first time after having gained a refereeing qualification from another organisation, we will be in touch soon after you submit this form to verify your certificate.
- All referees must first have at least one 'full' year at each grade before becoming eligible for an upgrade.
- If you are already a member (which includes referees who have passed the exam this year), then you are renewing your membership for next year. If you are already a referee from a different organisation and would like to join the EPRA for the first time, then you are applying for new membership.
- In 2025, the B Grade was split into B1 and B2 to distinguish between referees who only referee at a local, interleague or county level (B2) and those who referee at national and/or major events (B1). All B grades at the time have been adjusted to B1 or B2 based on merit by the Association. Grade B1 is higher than B2, so any referees being newly upgraded to B will go to B2 before proving themsleves at national events and requesting upgrade to B1.
- Fields with a yellow background and red border are mandatory.
